There are two types of courses on offer – standard German language course and intensive German language course. If you are planning to study in a German University in the German language then you must take the intensive German language course. However, if you are planning to study at a German University in English language, are travelling in dependent Visa with someone or are looking to stay in Germany for substantial time for other works; then you will need to take the standard German language course.
Standard German language course takes 10 weeks or more to complete. It is based upon 4-5 hours of practice daily. The duration required depends upon your previous acquaintance with the language. Intensive German Language classes take 20 weeks or more to complete. The duration required depends upon your previous acquaintance with the language and the level of expertise you will like to obtain.
